The province of Manitoba continues to deal with the spread of COVID-19.  We expect that our guests abide by the government regulations to keep everyone safe. 

 

Regulations are frequently changing, so we ask that you visit the Manitoba Government Website to determine what the protocols and regulations are prior to your stay.  We suggest you check the site at least 60 days prior to arrival.  Then, if you need to cancel, your deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.

Mooswa Resort and Arbutus Cabins COVID-19 response includes:

• Along with our standard cleaning processes, high touch areas will be washed and sanitized (switches, door handles/locks, phone, lamps, coffee maker, remotes and hard surfaces)

• All units are self-contained.  There are no indoor common spaces, with the exception of our office - where there will be frequent cleaning of high touch areas 

• Housekeeping staff will not enter your chalet, suite or cabin when occupied, unless requested

• All staff will wear a mask if entering an occupied unit

• We will continue to offer contactless check in and check out with keyless entry for all units

• Ensure social distancing is maintained in public spaces such as the office and courtyard/pool area

• When the pool opens in Mid-June, weather permitting, we will follow protocols outlined by Manitoba Health
